- Cut Italian Sausage in small pieces.
- Cut Prosciutto Ham or Mortadella into strips or small pieces.
- Sautee with butter, salt and pepper in pan.
- Add pasta (spaghetti or fettuccini).
- Break egg over all ingredients and add fresh cream to desired consistency.
- Toss all ingredients in the pan until well mixed.
- Serve in bowl or on platter.
