Spaghetti or Fettuccini Carbonara

  1. Cut Italian Sausage in small pieces.
  2. Cut Prosciutto Ham or Mortadella into strips or small pieces.
  3. Sautee with butter, salt and pepper in pan.
  4. Add pasta (spaghetti or fettuccini).
  5. Break egg over all ingredients and add fresh cream to desired consistency.
  6. Toss all ingredients in the pan until well mixed.
  7. Serve in bowl or on platter.
